Trilogy Health Services navigates challenges of 2020 from a foundation of servant leadership. They have stuck with their people-first approach and spent millions of dollars providing wage increases to direct-care staff, provided Walmart gift cards for food, and provided childcare assistance to employees with young children. When COVID eventually caught up with them and several residents and employees died, they beefed up safety procedures and supported families of the victims. Trilogy launched a chaplain service to supplement the counseling available through their Employee Assistance Program.
